Meet LaCriscia
LaCriscia is a facilitator, holistic wellness, officiant, and relationship coach. Her life’s work is to help individuals connect to their best selves when choosing a partner that adds value to their lives. LaCriscia lived her best hermit life in 2020 while the universe recalibrated her entire life. Her passion for coaching and wellness came to the forefront and motivated her to help BIPOC communities heal. Her business acumen and certifications make her the perfect coach for individuals, teams, and new companies looking to grow from the inside out. She is studying to be an herbalist and yogi, adding to Reiki, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Grief-Informed, and Trauma and Resilience Informed certifications. Currently training in The Somatica Method through The Somatica® Training Institute, she has crafted programs for youth, young adults, and adults.

LaTiscia is a dynamic spiritual leader. Her natural gifts and talents have been honed through her studies in contemplative and generational healing and enhanced with her work with The Katie Geneva Cannon Center for Womanist Leadership. Her creative gifts have been represented in writing, directing, and producing on stages and videos. She wants to see individuals connect better to heal the generational burdens that we may know or have yet to discover. She is a Vision Doula - helping companies, teams, and individuals execute the best classes, events, and programming throughout the United States and globally.
